Why I am a trusted source
I have over a decade experience working with women in every stage of their pregnancy journey. In preconception preparation, infertility, pregnancy, or their postpartum periods (or sometimes all!) I have energetically held the hands of women virtually, in person, one-on-one, and in group settings through their first pregnancy or subsequent pregnancies. My clinical experience and additional trainings to expand my knowledge in this (often overlooked) nutrient-intensive life stage, makes me a voice you can rely on. I am also a mother myself and can firsthand understand the desperation of nausea, battling pregnancy digestive woes, and trying to navigate the world of “what can I eat?!”
